Release Agreement
I agree that I willingly and voluntarily desire and request to receive ministry in the Courts of Heaven from this ministry team, and I am under no duress, compulsion, coercion or pressure to do so. I agree to release this ministry and this team from any and all legal claim(s) and liability associated with or arising from my session, including negligence, malfeasance, nonperformance, fraud or any other tort, legal theory or cause of action. All services are offered on a best efforts basis. No guarantee or warranty of specific results or outcomes is implied, offered or promised. I have either consulted an attorney before signing this Release Agreement, or I voluntarily waive my right to do so. Governing law and legal jurisdiction for this ministry and all sessions it conducts or facilitates shall be the laws of the State of Washington, and the courts of Pierce County, United States of America.
